The optimization estimates, capital efficiency metrics, and other outputs provided by the Services are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or regulatory advice.

The Services do not replace internal regulatory judgment, risk management policies, or formal legal and compliance review. All outputs must be independently validated by your institution's designated capital management, risk, and reporting teams before being relied upon.

3. Accounts and Access

Certain features may require an account or other credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
